It must be madness! I think nothing else describes the actions of the government in detaining someone under the ISA for "their own safety ". The statements by the Home affairs minister is simply madness. He says the Sin Chew news reporter had to be detained by the police under the ISA for her own safety. Strangely, he says he did not order it but rather it was a decision by the police. Wow ! What poppycock ! Does this mean that the police today is a law onto themselves ? What has happened to the Rule of Law in Malaysia ?
Should Theresa Kok and RPK have done something contrary to the laws of Malaysia, charge them in open court. Using the ISA is akin to lawlessness. Does this mean that the government has lost confidence in Judiciary, police to investigate or the AG in prosecuting cases ? To me, the continued use of the ISA means just that. Where is the good governance that was promised by this BN government before the general elections ? Looks like you BN government did not learn anything after the 8-3-08! Scoring an own goal just like how West Brown did for Manchester United! What a shame!
I say the continued use of the ISA is something that every Malaysian must fight against. It is an affront to human rights. It is against the principles of natural justice. There is absolutely no justification for the continued use of the ISA. Every man is entitled to a fair trial in open court. There are no two ways about it!
The Home Affairs Minister must resign for this fiasco. Nothing else would suffice now!!!

As for Teresa, u arrested her just bcos one ex-dentist turn politician turn CM turn ex-CM turn big time loser fler wrote on his bolg abt she did somthing not right without investigation.. then what about you not catching those ppl mentioned in RJK's blog? wat abt the few mentioned on his SD? main main ke?
I used to think highly of u as u hardly get involve of all those local matters while concentrating u work oversea but i guess, you are a changed man...

Mr. Wes Brown should not be brought into this ISA fiasco. Anyway its about time MU did some favors for Liverpool. Liverpool was hungry so they deserved the victory..
